1345121268644181_ThinkBecoming the observer of your thoughts, words, behaviors, feelings, and actions creates an immediate shift in your life. By observing yourself, taking responsibility for your own actions and choices brings an awareness of how you function and what effects are created as a result of your choices. When you become the Observer, clouded perceptions take a back seat to a more clear look at what is going on.

Observation allows you to address what you do and say, as well as what you experience with regard to what others are choosing.  You can communicate your observations with clarity to other people and support it by what you observed as well as how your felt through the experience. This is a much different way to express than communicating your perception of what you think someone else experienced or why they experienced it or did it. Perceptions can often be projections of emotions we are avoiding within our self.

Become the observer in your life, if you already take responsibility and care to notice who and what  you’re choosing to be, others perception  are no longer able to “hurt you.” Why?  Because you’ve e already gotten to know it, own it, change it or stand by it. You are internally fed rather than externally fed. to take it even a step further, if others have something to say about you or take actions that affect you, as the observer you are no longer taking it personally. It’s an empowered place to be. schedule some mentoring sessions or a group and learn how to be the Observer.

Thank you for sharing in another present moment experience of our Beautiful world.
