To live with The Transparent Heart, is to stop judging and begin to get to know all of yourself. Especially the ones that you judge in the outside world as well as those things which you judge about yourself. The transparent Heart knows that every part is doing the best that it can based on what it has and is experiencing. It takes work, courage,  commitment, a sense of humor and the willingness to be honest about your truths. Many of your truths have been instilled in your by those who were taught and raised long ago and so on all the way back in time! What if many are doing the best they can?

As each person who wakes up stops paying forward the old patterns to the next generations, the truths will change and honesty will be the norm.
